Brad Pitt’s F1 Film Sets New Record with Over $300 Million Budget

Brad Pitt‘s upcoming F1 movie has surged past the $300 million mark in its budget, ranking among the most expensive films ever produced. Directed by Joseph Kosinski, the star-studded cast includes Brad Pitt, Damson Idris, Lewis Hamilton, Javier Bardem, and others. However, the film has encountered challenges in distribution and scheduling.

This untitled project, rumored to be titled “Apex,” raises eyebrows with its hefty price tag, potentially marking Brad Pitt’s most costly venture yet. The F1-themed film, rooted in fiction, commenced production in July 2023 amidst the SAG-AFTRA strike, causing significant delays. Notably, the movie features real actors driving authentic race cars during actual racing events, adding to its budget due to training and heightened safety measures.
