Arsenal Secures Intense 3-2 Win Over Tottenham to Stay Top of Premier League

Arsenal secures a pivotal victory in the north London derby, overcoming Tottenham 3-2 to solidify their position at the top of the Premier League table. The Gunners took advantage of Spurs’ defensive vulnerabilities, building a 3-0 lead by halftime. Despite a nervy second half, Arsenal managed to hold on for the win.

Tottenham made a strong push in the second half, with Cristian Romero scoring after a poor clearance from Arsenal’s goalkeeper, David Raya. Heung-min Son’s late penalty goal added to the tension, but Arsenal managed to see out the match.

Arsenal’s performance, highlighted by goals from Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, Bukayo Saka, and Kai Havertz, ensures they remain contenders in the title race. Tottenham’s defeat puts their top-four finish in jeopardy as they struggle to overcome their issues with set-piece defending.

Looking ahead, Arsenal will host Bournemouth at Emirates Stadium on Saturday and then face Manchester United at Old Trafford. The season concludes with a home game against Everton.
