Offset has addressed the ongoing speculation surrounding his relationship with Quavo, asserting that they remain on good terms despite recent rumors.
In a recent interview on Gillie Da Kid and Wallo’s Million Dollaz Worth of Game podcast, the former Migos member emphasized his deep bond with Quavo and dismissed any notion that they are obligated to publicly demonstrate their friendship.
“I don’t feel like I owe it to people to show how much me and bro love each other… We went through something,” Offset stated. “We don’t have to show you n-ggas smiles and faces, so stop doing that.”
Asserting their enduring brotherhood, Offset affirmed, “We ain’t on no sucker shit with each other. We both came in this shit together and we both knew that, we understood that, and we lost our brother.”
Despite facing challenges, Offset emphasized the authenticity of their relationship, stating, “N-ggas love each other though, at the end of the day. We men, we real brothers, and we cool with it, so be cool with it.”
He also discouraged speculation and interference in their personal affairs, stating, “Don’t ever try and turn us against each other. I hate that shit. At the end of the day, it ain’t your business.”
Addressing previous rumors of a backstage altercation at the Grammys, Offset refuted the claims, asserting their solidarity as brothers. The duo later reunited at the 2023 BET Awards to honor TakeOff, showcasing their unity as Migos.
Offset has previously spoken about their relationship during an appearance on The Breakfast Club, emphasizing their bond and shared grief over the loss of their brother.
Their connection, he emphasized, remains strong despite any challenges they may face, reaffirming their enduring brotherhood.
