This collaboration marks the first time these artists are joining forces. Wurld recently delighted his audience with his latest EP, “Donโt Get Used To This,” released on November 10th. The EP comprises eight tracks, including ‘Location’ (a collaboration between WurlD and Afrobeats producer Sarz, known for his work with Beyonce, Wizkid, and Drake), ‘Sarafina,’ ‘Do it,’ and ‘Shake.’
In a recent interview with 3Music TV, Wurld explained the reason behind his decision to give ‘Blow My Mind’ to Davido. He revealed that he wrote the song, later released by Davido with R&B star Chris Brown in 2019. Wurld clarified that it was an unplanned decision, stating, “It [giving ‘Blow My Mind’ to Davido] wasn’t planned. I was in Lagos promoting my project, ‘Love Is Contagious,’ and I got a call from my guy, producer Shizzi… It was even one of those things I didn’t plan for because I was gonna use the song myself. I wanted to get some features on the record, but I was promoting a new project, and I didn’t have time.”
