President Bola Tinubu has sacked the heads of Nigeria’s aviation agencies including FAAN, NAMA, NCAA and NiMET.
The sack was announced in a statement on Wednesday by presidential spokesperson Ajuri Ngelale.
New officials were also appointed to head the agencies.
Mr Ngelale said the replacements were done “to bring world class standards to Nigerian Civil Aviation in consumer protection and the promotion of the wellbeing of Nigerian passengers and other sectoral stakeholders.”
