Officials of the EFCC in a midnight raid stormed hostels outside the OAU campus, Ile-Ife, broke into rooms, and arrested over 70 students on the 1st of November 2023.
The raid, multiple sources confirmed, occurred at the Fine Touch and Superb hostels in Oduduwa Estate, Ile-Ife. Most of the suspects were released but 11 of them were said to have cases to answer.
The Father of a student who was also arrested, Mr. Adeyinka Junaid spoke about this incident on the show today, revealing all that has happened with EFCC after the raid.
