American singer Cassie’s lawsuit against music mogul Diddy alleging rape and assault has been dismissed following a settlement.
According to TMZ, the case was dismissed by the court and the documents obtained by the outlet read in part, “Pursuant to an agreement between the parties, Plaintiff hereby dismisses this action, with prejudice and without costs or fees to either party.”
Just so you know, because the dismissal was filed with prejudice, Cassie will not be able to file the suit a second time.
All of this is coming after Diddy and his ex-girlfriend Cassie agreed to settle the case out of court.
