Brownhill Investments Company Limited and the organizers of the annual ‘Warri Again Concert’ have filed Nigerian singer David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, a lawsuit of two point three billion naira for an alleged breach of contract.
The company which is controlled by Mr. Amaju Pinnick, former President of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), filed a legal action before the Delta State High Court in Effurun.
The claimant was represented by Kelechi Onwuegbuchulem, and he is demanding that the court gives Davido and his music company, Davido Music Worldwide Limited, two billion naira in general damages. The claimant requests that the court awards him one hundred and fifty million naira in legal and professional fees, as well as thirty million naira in filing fees.
