The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has revealed that bringing back the remains of Chibuikem Emmanuel, a Nigerian medical student murdered in the Philippines, will cost N35 million.
It was also revealed that the cost of keeping the corpse at the funeral home is accruing N30,000 on a daily basis.
