Multiple Grammy Award Winner Cardi B has taken the spotlight as the face of SKIMS’ latest Cotton Collection campaign. Adding yet another impressive achievement to her extensive portfolio, the “WAP” rapper showcases her incredible curves in SKIMS’ newest collection.
Cardi, a New York native, expresses her admiration for the SKIMS Cotton Collection, describing it as both sexy and comfortable for her home lounging sessions. The collection features a range of fall-ready colors, including deep sapphire blue, army green, heather grey, and bone white. It puts a spotlight on luxuriously soft leggings and a variety of intimates such as plunge and scoop-neck bralettes, high-waisted briefs, boy shorts, form-fitting t-shirts, sleek long-sleeved dresses, loungewear pants, bodysuits, tank tops, henleys, and more. Additionally, the collection includes essential pieces and fleece zip-ups designed for cooler weather.
Vanessa Beecroft, a long-time collaborator with SKIMS, directed and shot the Cotton Collection campaign. Cardi B joins a prestigious list of celebrities, including Nelly Furtado, SZA, Ice Spice, and Snoop Dogg, who have been chosen to feature in SKIMS campaigns.
Cardi B, the Grammy-winning artist, is the most recent rapper chosen by Kim Kardashian to participate in a campaign for her SKIMS shapewear brand. Kim unveiled this collaboration with a sultry trailer that showcased Cardi B modeling the new Cotton Collection, which was made available on the SKIMS website on October 16.
Cardi shared her thoughts on the collection, stating, “I’ve always loved the SKIMS Cotton Collection. It’s so sexy and makes me feel snatched yet comfortable while hanging out at home. The new styles and colors I wore on set are even better, and I can’t wait to wear them all the time.”
