Angela Renee White popularly known as Blac Chyna is ready to change another aspect of her life as she is seeking joint custody and child support of her and ex Tyga’s son King Cairo Stevenson.
She filed a petition to determine parental relationship in a Los Angeles Superior Court on July 24 and asked for joint custody of her son as well as child support.
The former reality star outlined undisclosed details about their child’s current living situation, focusing on what she believes would be in the best interest of the child.
Regarding child support, Chyna’s filing stipulates that the court could order child support and issue an earnings assignment without further notice to either party, though the exact sum she is requesting remains undisclosed.
Tyga reportedly has custody of his son Saturday through Monday and he responded to the court filing on social media by typing, “10 years later…nah…stick to your schedule sat-mon.”
Blac Chyna’s mother Tokyo Toni also responded in a snapshot captured by The Neighborhood Talk, where she stated that Tyga should be ashamed of himself
