The unconventional activities of a young female lawyer, Ifunanya Excel Grant, who posts half-nude pictures of herself on social media have attracted the attention of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA).
The legal profession prides itself as a very conservative profession where indecent dressing is frowned upon.
But Barrister Ifunanya Grant bucks the trend with glee and NBA, which is not finding her activities funny, said it has commenced an investigation into her activities.
In a statement released at the weekend, the NBA said: “Following the resolutions of the National Officers, the NBA has filed petitions at the Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Committee (LPDC) against Ifunanya Excel Grant, a young lawyer of Aba Branch widely known as “the baddest lawyer” on social media.”
