American actress Halle Berry’s divorce from ex-husband Olivier Martinez has been finalized after nearly eight years.
The former couple who share a nine-year-old son Maceo, reached an agreement on their divorce and custody and according to a thirty-three-page document obtained from the Los Angeles Superior Court, they will share joint legal and physical custody of their son.
According to TMZ, despite signing a prenuptial agreement at the beginning of their marriage, Halle Berry has to pay Olivier Martinez eight thousand dollars a month in child support and four-point three percent of all income she makes above two million dollars while also footing the bill for Maceo’s private school tuition, extracurricular activities, health insurance and therapist.
