A video that went viral on social media shows the VC reprimanding her after spotting her in the classroom area.
When he saw the student while going around the campus with officials, he asked the female student if she was comfortable in her indecent dress, stating she looked nvkEd.
The girl begged him to reconsider his decision, but the VC refused, claiming that the college should not be accepting such immorally clothed students.
