Spider-Man star, Tom Holland has revealed he has been sober for one year and four months.
This was made known while he was talking about his upcoming Apple TV+ show, The Crowded Room where he touched on how working on the miniseries shifted his perspective on mental health.
The Spider-Man star told Entertainment Weekly that he became better at recognizing triggers and things that stress him out after working on the psychological thriller. He also said he spoke to psychiatrists to further understand his role.
