According to sources, the thirty square foot Malibu mansion which is located in the state of California is situated on eight acres of land overlooking the Pacific Ocean in the Paradise Cove area a.k.a Billionaires’ Row, making it the most expensive home ever sold California.
This two hundred million dollars’ purchase has now surpassed the previous record of one hundred and seventy-seven million dollars.
It is also the second most expensive real estate deal in the United States, as the most expensive house in the country is a two hundred and thirty-eight million dollars New York City apartment.
