Lance Reddick’s cause of death has reportedly been revealed and according to the late actor’s death certificate, obtained by TMZ, he passed away from heart and artery disease.
According to the platform, Reddick’s death certificate lists his immediate cause as ‘Ischemic Heart Disease.’ As well as ‘Atherosclerotic Coronary Artery Disease.’
If you would recall, we reported that the sixty-year-old actor had been discovered in his home on March 17 and was initially reported to have died of natural causes, which the death certificate confirms.
The death certificate also indicated that Lance Reddick’s body would be cremated.
It was reportedly his wife Stephanie Reddick who found her husband collapsed in the backyard and called for an ambulance.
The actors shocking death came amid the publicity campaign for one of his last projects, John Wick: Chapter 4, where he appeared as the concierge Charon of the Continental, a hotel that caters exclusively to assassins.
The actor had missed the film’s premiere in New York City just days before his death which he left unexplained and he was still scheduled for talk show appearances in the days following the shocking news.
