The Megan Thee Stallion shooting case sentence for Tory Lanez has been postponed.
After being found guilty of assault and two additional crimes for shooting rapper Megan Thee Stallion in the feet during an argument in the Hollywood Hills in 2020, a court has rescheduled the Canadian artist’s sentence for April 10.
The new date was decided upon at a hearing before Los Angeles Superior Court Judge David Herriford. According to court reporter Meghann Cuniff, who also provided a detailed analysis of Lanez developments via a sub stack update, this result was largely foreseen.
