Three persons were reportedly killed while 13 others sustained injuries as members of the Oyo State chapters of the All Progressives Congress and Peoples Democratic Party engaged each other on Thursday at the Ile-Tuntun area of Ibadan South East Local Government Area of the state.
An unspecified number of motorcycles and vehicles were also reportedly damaged.
An investigation by our correspondent revealed that members of the APC were holding a meeting at the party office at Iyana Court, Ile-tun tun in Ibadan when vehicles of the PDP members passing by provoked APC loyalists and started throwing objects at them.
