May Edochie is set to sue an Instagram user for manipulatively editing Judy Austin’s family into her family photo shoot.
In December 2022, May Edochie posted a picture of herself and her kids on Instagram.
However, an Instagram user with the name, Sarah Chukuwkere edited the picture adding Yul Edochie, his second wife, Judy Austin, and their son in it.
May’s lawyer has hereby accused Sarah of defamation and harassment and also said the photoshopped picture characterized May as “part of a polygamous family in which she is a co-wife”.
Although May has made it clear several times that polygamy is against her values.
The legal document also stated that Sarah in an interview with Daddyfreeze made some allegations about May failing in her duties as a wife which resulted in Yul taking a second wife.
“The above utterances and innuendos from you were and are still false and injurious,” May’s lawyer wrote.
May Edochie and her legal team have demanded an apology from Sarah and have also stated that a lawsuit would be filed against her if she refuses to meet their demands. She would also be made to pay 500 million Naira for damages.
