Following his near-death experience, friends of Jeremy Renner have come out to reveal that the actor’s condition is far more severe than what had been previously reported.

If you would recall, it was reported that the Marvel star was helping a stranded family member whose car broke down close to his mansion near Lake Tahoe, Nevada when an over fourteen-thousand-pound snowplough machine ran over him.
It was said that he suffered blunt chest trauma and orthopaedic injuries and was in critical but stable condition after surgery.
Jeremy Renner’s friends are now stating that the actor’s injuries are much worse than anyone knows and that he nearly bled out and almost died while waiting for help to arrive.
A source while speaking with Radar Online said, “The right side of Jeremy’s chest was crushed, and his upper torso had collapsed. He also had a bad head wound that was bleeding and a leg injury.”
The source added, “Word is the damage to Jeremy’s chest was so substantial it had to be reconstructed in surgery.”
The actor is reportedly aware of the extent of his injuries and has a long road to recovery ahead of him, with friends saying it could take up to two years before he is back in fighting shape.
So far, he has had two surgeries and he will likely require more in the weeks ahead on his leg. Doctors tend to space out operations to allow time for the body’s natural healing process to kick in.
