American actress, Marsai Martin has revealed that she had to undergo surgery to remove a large Ovarian cyst.
The Black-ish star revealed this via her Instagram stories, where she shared a clip of herself being wheeled into the theatre.
Marsai noted that the Ovarian cyst had caused her pain for over four years, hence, she underwent the procedure to eliminate the pain.
She also thanked the doctors, her family and everyone who is a part of her support system, while stating that she was only sharing this to create awareness around it.
She however added that the procedure was done some ten days ago and she feels a lot better now.
