From one legal battle to another, this time it is between music executive Soso Soberekon and musician Harry Song.
It all started when Harrysong during an interview with ‘Frankly Speaking Podcast’ claimed that talent manager Soso Soberekon sent people to kill him in Port Harcourt. Take a look.
Reacting to that statement through his lawyers, Soso said the statement by Harrysong is false and without basis.
He also demanded that the singer retracts his statement and publishes an apology in two national dailies and several online news outlets.
According to the legal notice, Harrysong is also to pay the sum of five hundred million naira as compensation, and failure to do so after seven days will lead to a court case.
Sharing the legal notice on his Instagram page, Soso wrote, “As a matter of fact, I always mind my business, stay on my lane and put a smile on people’s faces.
“It is very disappointing that Harrysong will make such as false, reckless and defamatory statement. Please to my supporters, remain calm, this will be addressed and will be handled properly and legally. Thanks”
Also reacting to the notice and now viral clip, Harrysong on his Instagram page wrote, “Don’t be emotional about da Soso matter, I was just on a hot seat, forget it, we go codedly handle the rest for the street. But know this, they are not my friends. I will show you my friends, fams, fans and lovers.”
