It’s easy to forget what you were supposed to be doing, reading, even working out, eating healthy, etc., these are all easy to do, and not easy to do.
So try setting reminders on your phone, making a calendar, or getting a to-do- list to help you stay on track.
- EMBRACE CHALLENGES
The hardest battles often come from within; as nothing meaningful is achieved without struggle.
So instead of thinking about how hard things are, think about the incremental progress you’re making over time, and keep a journal of what work you get done.
- PRACTICE MEDITATION
Did you know that self-discipline can actually run you down, take a toll on your mind, and make you feel overwhelmed?
Try to dedicate at least ten minutes at the end of your day to sit in silence, as these let thoughts come and go and you become aware of how you are feeling.
- LIVE BELOW YOUR MEANS
This cannot be over-emphasized, so let me make it simple. Beginner: if you cannot afford it twice, don’t buy it.
