Following his recent run with the Nigerian police force, singer Harrysong has taken to his Twitter account to appeal to his fans and well-wishers for prayers.
He tweeted, “Please say a prayer for me. Where ever you are. Just a prayer, with Love.”
This is however coming after the singer was picked up at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport on Tuesday by the police, following a petition sent by music executive, Soso Soberekon, to the Inspector General of Police claiming defamation of character and threat to life.
Now according to sources, Harrysong has been released after he tendered an apology to music executive, Soso Soberekon.
It was stated that after much drilling and failing to provide any proof to back up his claim, the singer apologized to Soso at the state Commissioner of Police’s office.
Harrysong also claimed that he made the allegation against Soso because he was under pressure.
Soso on the other hand has accepted his apology and will be dropping charges against the singer.
If you would recall, Soso filed the petition following a recent interview Harrysong granted in which he claimed that the music executive sent some people to kill him in Port Harcourt.
