Gregory Ojefua also known as Greg Ojefua is a Nigerian-born Nollywood Actor, Comedian, Voice Over Artiste, Compere, MC, and Translator who is known for his comic movie roles and for playing Ojukwu in movies.

Talking about the most memorable role he ever played Gregory said, I got into a movie first in 2008.

I did a couple of movies, like about 6 titles, took a break and then came back again in 2013 and since then it has been a blast.

My most memorable movie to date would be playing Ojukwu in a short film and recently, in a fictional movie yet to premiere “The Other Side Of History”

What was playing Ojukwu like?

Entering the character wouldn’t do justice to it, I had to be him as much as possible not just because he is not a fictional character in real person but the sentiment surrounding him.

I just told myself you have no choice but just to kill yourself being this man because, at the end of the day, you would leave no room for the amount of work that you put into it.

It wasn’t easy, I researched and watched youtube videos of him. Learn how to speak like him because he doesn’t just speak British English but Queens English, it’s more royal so for me it was major research to get his accent right, his mannerism, smoking style. It was hard work.

To this date, I am hoping that when the other side of history comes I wouldn’t disappoint him.

Has your stand on acting any role that required going naked changed?

No, it has not changed, I am still very confident if it is required and not just for the commercial impact it will have.

Making emphasis on his statement of going nude if required, he added; “I can go nude in a movie, depending on the storyline.

“Look at what Lupita Nyong O did in ’12 Years A Slave, she went nude just to actually show you how slaves were dealt with at that time. That was a good reason to go nude, I would not just go nude in order to give the film accountability.

“My going nude depends on the story, stories like you want to shoot a slave movie again, you want to shoot a Biafra movie. I would do it to pass the message across.

“Other factors will need to go into play to make sure I can go naked comfortable and when I go to the bank my account too would be happy being naked. lol,” He added.
