Nigerian Afrobeat Award-winning artist David Adedeji Adeleke, popularly known as Davido has reacted to Whatsapp’s new features that will allow users to control who can see when they are online and more.
The singer uses his social media page to react to certain impending privacy modifications that WhatsApp, a popular messaging program, would shortly roll out.
The ETA’s founder Mark Zuckerberg had earlier revealed that WhatsApp will now have new security features.
He said that Meta will soon roll out a function that would stop Facebook group exit announcements.
In addition, he says WhatsApp will make it possible for users to hide their last seen and disable screenshots of messages that have been viewed once.
“New privacy features coming to WhatsApp: exit group chats without notifying everyone, control who can see when you’re online, and prevent screenshots on view once messages. We’ll keep building new ways to protect your messages and keep them as private and secure as face-to-face conversations.”
The performer, who appears to be too concerned with maintaining his anonymity, thanked God for the impending news.
OBO shared a CNN article on his Instagram account, and captioned;
“Hallelujah“
