During a thanksgiving mass for Justice Emmanuel Agim Akomaye, who was recently promoted to the rank of Supreme Court of Nigeria Judge, the governor made a donation of N25 million on behalf of the state government, his family and the judiciary.

To the surprise of the audience, Bishop Ayah openly refused the governor’s package of N25m at the service.
