One of R. Kelly’s alleged victims/girlfriend Joycelyn Savage issued a letter to the federal judge prior to his thirty-year sentencing, in which she claimed that she is engaged to the embattled singer.
According to the letter which was dated June 13 to U.S. District Judge Ann Donnelly, Joycelyn Savage wrote, “My name is Joycelyn Savage, and I’m Robert Kelly’s fiancée. I’m writing this letter in support of Robert in advance of his sentencing, so I can explain to the court that I’m not the victim that the government has portrayed me to be.”
