Tragedy struck again in Lagos State as another building collapsed at the Ebute Metta area on Sunday night.
Dr. Olufemi Oke-Osanyintolu, Director-General, Lagos State emergency management agency, gives the specific numbers of those that have been rescued so far.
It was assured that rescue operations have begun to save anyone trapped in the building
A video displaying the building was posted with a tweet,
“An alert of a collapse of a three-storey building by 32 Ibadan Street, Ebute Metta was received at 21:48 hours, Sunday, with Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service already at the scene.
“Search and rescue ongoing with updates to follow, please,” the tweet read.
