Because Catfish is very slimy so to wash it, you can use alum or lime. To wash, slice the cat fish open and then use the lime to rube on it. Rinse thoroughly before cooking.
However, to add more taste to your White rice and Catfish sauce you can get ripe plantain (For topping). Slice and fry the ripe plantain to taste with vegetable oil
