Umanu Ojochenemi, is vast when it comes to video cinematography and movies directing.
He started off as a film editor in 2015 and he has worked with almost 60-70 percent of the people in the industry. Umanu revealed that he has worked on over 100 movies.
Speaking about why he transitioned from video editing to video directing, Umanu revealed that,
” When you edit you get to see a lot of things you don’t like. So many actors appears superb. if you really want to know them, meet with the video editor because so many things have been put into place to make those actors look sweet, sexy and perfect”
“When i was editing, my editing process actually aided the director transit because i have learnt a lot from different directors and editor to enable me not to make same mistake when i am editing.”
Speaking on how hard it has been for him working with big names, he revealed that the big names are like colleagues when they’re around the film set.
They can’t be bigger than people making the film. Umanu also talked about his projects and the efforts put into film editing.
