Breakfast is definitely the most important meal of the day. The right module for eating daily is, eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper but unfortunately reverse is the case in Africa.
It is not healthy to eat heavy food after 8pm and it’s also healthy to eat a balanced meal in the mornings.
According to nutritionist Olusegun, it is advisable to eat high amount whole grain, protein and a low amount of fat for breakfast. You can as well eat rice with beans, or wheat bread with beans and egg.
For lunch, one can eat eba, pounded yam etc
