Mixed Reactions As APC Pegs Presidential Forms At 100M

The 11th National Executive meeting of the All Progressives Congress party (APC) held at the Transcorp Hotel in Abuja on Wednesday came in with a lot of mixed reactions.

 

The National Publicity Secretary of the APC party, Felix Morka, revealed that the party had pegged its presidential nomination and expression of interest forms at ₦100 million.

While addressing reporters after the 11th National Executive meeting of the party, the National Publicity Secretary of the APC party, Felix Morka, revealed that the party had pegged its presidential nomination and expression of interest forms at ₦100 million.

The APC spokesman stated that the nomination form would go for ₦70 million while expression of interest forms would go for ₦30 million.

 

Adding that, the party’s forms for governorship aspirants cost ₦50 million; Senate, ₦20 million; House of Representatives, ₦10 million and State Houses of Assembly, ₦2 million.

Following the development, presidential aspirant under the All Progressives Congress (APC), Adamu Garba II, expressed shock over the development.

He said,

“f we don’t come together and use our collective power to save this country from strangulation of the moneybags, we are doing a great disservice to our generation and that of the future.
We cannot continue to buy political offices in Nigeria, we need competent leaders come 2023″
