Sheikh Nuru Khalid, the Chief Imam of Apo Legislative Quarters Mosque in Abuja, has promised to continue speaking his views about the country’s plight regardless of whose ox gets gored.
The mosque’s council suspended the Islamic preacher for preaching an anti-government campaign in his speeches.
Sheikh Khalid, on the other hand, said the ban will not prevent him from speaking out against the government’s faults.
