Veteran Nollywood actor, Chief Lari Williams has been confirmed dead. He passed away at the age of eighty-one after battling with an undisclosed illness for a long time
He died on Sunday, February 27, 2022, in his home in Ikom, Cross River State, Nigeria.
Chief Lari Williams professional acting career began after his studies at Mount view Theatre School and the Stratford E15 Acting School, England.
After staring in a number of hit soap operas, he became the first president of the Actors’ Guild of Nigeria (AGN).
He is mostly known for his roles in soap operas like ‘Mirror in the Sun’ and ‘Village Headmaster’ and a lot more.
