Odunayo revealed that she was a size 6 girl with a big stomach and she tried a lot of things to reduce it but to no avail.
Finally, she met a nutrition coach who helped her out but it wasn’t sustainable. There were a lot of food she couldn’t eat in other to maintain her size.
Here are some ways you can eat healthy without spending too much.
Our everyday vegetable soup, okra, Eferiro etc are all vegetables and are healthy. You don’t necessarily have to eat cabbage often.
Reduce you carbohydrates, eat them in lesser quantity.
