The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has come out to state the reason why they raided and arrested Nigerian singers, Mohbad, Zinoleesky, and their associates.
However, Mohbad has been released from the custody. The 24-year-old was released on Thursday night, leaving his label mates behind at the NDLEA torture room.
Reacting to the news, Naira Marley in an instagram post wrote,
“What is happening to my brothers is disgusting.
The injustice is unfair and this is beginning to look like a pattern. First me now my artists.
Free Zinoleesky, free Shubomi, free Micee and Dosky
NDLEA have released Mohbad after physically assaulting him, Zinoleesky is still in custody.
The boys are under a lot of stress after being ambushed in the middle of the night with no warrant.
I’m urgently returning to Lagos now now now“
In a viral video on Instagram sighted by Mandy News, Mohbad can be heard screaming for help while also giving notice to the public that his life is at risk.
“If anything happens to me, they should hold Marlian responsible.”
