I think sometimes the challenge we have with the justice system is the completeness of the way cases are judged. He has come out and confessed, ordinarily i would have told him to withdraw but there need to be a completeness around the judging of this case because he didn’t do it in isolation.
If you tell me they’ve been a complete review, then he and everyone involved would have gotten a punishment but a case where his accomplice are not penalised then why should he be punished for being honest?
What Would Be Your Own Approach To Tackle Insecurity Especially In The North?
Insecurity is not just a northern challenge it is a national problem. When i try to break down this challenge, I like to look at insecurity from two angles, Physical Insecurity challenge and there’s a social dimension to it and you cannot separate the two.
There is a reason why people get involve in different ills of the society an d one huge reason is, poverty, unemployment, Idleness etc. They want to survive.
