The imbalance of red blood cells in the body is one of the major causes of anemia. This usually happens due to excessive blood loss, low production of red blood, autoimmune diseases to name a few.
There are various types of anemia that generally happens when the haemoglobin level in the body goes down. Haemoglobin is a protein present in the red blood cells, which carries oxygen to the various parts of the body.

- dried fruits, including apricots, raisins, and prunes
