To some people, music is far more than just singing and rapping, as they always look forward to what some of these artists can come up with on stage in terms of performances.

The good thing is that some artists are up to the task, not only can they sing or rap, they also deliver some breathtaking performances, which most times is often accompanied by some crazy, epic grand entrances.

So let’s take a look at some of these EPIC FEMALE ARTISTE’S GRAND ENTRANCE that caught our attention.

Beyonce

Beyoncé Giselle Knowles-Carter is an American singer, songwriter, and actress. Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Beyoncé has performed in various singing and dancing competitions as a child. She rose to fame in the late 1990s as the lead singer of Destiny’s Child, one of the best-selling girl groups of all time.

Beyoncé is one of the world’s best selling recording artists, having sold 118 million records worldwide. She is the first solo artist to have their first six studio albums debut at number one on the Billboard 200.

We all know Beyonce is an incredible vocalist but at the 2011 billboard music awards she was able to show the world how technical and precise she is as a dancer and how much imagination and innovation she has as an all-around performer.

Her Run the World entrance is probably best remembered for the amazing  special effect with the help of the screens behind her

Mariah Carey

Mariah Carey is an American singer, songwriter, actress, and record producer. Known for her five-octave vocal range, melismatic singing style, and signature use of the whistle register, she is referred to as the “Songbird Supreme’  and the “Queen of Christmas”.

Carey rose to fame in 1990 and was the first artist to have her first five singles reach number one on the Billboard Hot 100

The first role of being a Diva is being able to blow the audience away. The iconic singer could not be bordered on walking on stage during her performance.

At the NFL thanksgiving day halftime show in 2005, Carey outed for a swing in her cheerleader outfit and her entourage which blew the audience away.

Despite early ambitions to be a lawyer, Ciara love of music grew and she worked hard in her teen years as a member of the group Hearsay before they disbanded.

While still in high school, Ciara began writing songs for other artists.

Ciara will always be that singer that when it comes to a grand entry full of high energy she will always deliver, her performance with Ludacris at the 2005 BET was everything. The idea of even bringing a car out for her to dance on was absolutely lit!

Janet Damita Jo Jackson is an American singer, songwriter, actress, and dancer. She is noted for her innovative, socially conscious and sexually provocative records, as well as elaborate stage shows.

Janet Jackson is one of the most successful female singers of all time, selling millions of records around the world and influencing countless artists that came after her.

Janet’s choreography was one of the main reasons for MTV becoming such a force in the 1980s and allowed her to break gender and racial barriers at the time.

How iconic was it for Janet to slowly be lowered from the ceiling down to the stage singing the opening line of her hit song ‘All For You’ in an all-white outfit at the MTV Icon award show in 2001. The choreography was fantastic.
