Another legal battle may be underway for embattled American comedian and actor Bill Cosby as prosecutors in Pennsylvania have asked the U.S. Supreme Court to review a lower court’s ruling that overturned his sexual assault conviction.
According to the petition, the U.S Supreme court has been involved to look into whether the agreement in which then prosecutor Bruce Castor promised not to file criminal charges against Bill Cosby if he testified in a civil lawsuit should be treated as a grant of immunity.
