A 21-storey building, still under construction collapsed in the Ikoyi area of Lagos State on Monday, November 1 on Gerrard Road, Ikoyi.
It is not yet known the rate of casualty, but images of the incident that has flooded social media show rubbles destroying cars and other things around the building.
