What could be a dramatic twist is looming as American rapper Cardi B has pleaded not guilty to assault charges following her alleged involvement in a strip club brawl back in 2018.
The rapper was offered a guilty plea deal to third-degree assault by the prosecutor, but she turned it down in exchange for a conditional discharge.
Cardi B is now expected to appear at the Queens Criminal Court next week where she will be scheduled for a hearing, after pleading not guilty at her arraignment back in 2019, where she was indicted on twelve counts including two counts of felony for attempted assault and a charge for reckless endangerment.
