Celebrity couple T.I. & Tiny Harris won’t be facing charges in a Los Angeles sexual assault case again, an assault case which they had denied.
According to new report, the couple was accused of assaulting a woman in Los Angeles in 2005, but prosecutors have decided not to charge the rapper and his wife since the case is not within the ten-year statute of limitations since the incident happened sixteen years ago.
