Mazino Says Money Was Abused At Obi Cubana’s Mum’s Burial

Oba – Everyone has been talking about the show of cash at Obi Cubana’s mother’s burial at Oba, Anambra State.

Social media was flooded with the lavish show of wealth that happened over the weekend in Oba, Anambra State from Friday, 16th of July.

Over 400 cows donated to the host – Obi Cubana, and then the $100,000 diamond pendant of Obi Cubana’s mum’s face, 67 private jets also landed Oba to the fleet of over 500 luxury cars.

Popular entertainer and businessmen graced the occasion from Lagos. The likes of Davido, Zubby Michael, Kanayo o Kanayo, Alex Ekubo, Kcee, D’banj, Phyno, Patoranking and others were present at the event.

It was the talk of the town as the burial was no longer seen as a burial but a festival/concert.

Discussing the hot topic on Wake Up Nigeria’s Coffee Table Gist, Mazino, Titi and Mary discussed the aspect of disrespecting the Nigerian currency – Naira.

According to Mazino; “Naira was utterly abused at the burial.”

Meanwhile activist Deji Adeyanju has warned billionaire club owner Obi Cubana to slow down on his open display of wealth to avoid ending up in jail like Hushpuppi.

 

He condemned the ‘spraying’ of money at his mum’s burial over the weekend at Oba, Anambra state.

Making reference to Hushpuppi who showcased his lifestyle on social media before he was arrested in Dubai, Adeyanju warned Cubana and others spraying bundles of notes to be careful of attracting the FBI and EFCC.

The activist wrote: “This was how some of us kept asking what Hushpuppi was doing that he was throwing money up and down but we were called names and insulted. Today, he is in an American jail.

 

“Hushpuppi once made several videos mocking me that I am jealous of him. That I should focus on politicians, activism and allow him to enjoy his money. Today, how far? We cannot watch you guys negatively brainwash young people and say nothing.”
