Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie has scored a major victory in court after a California appeals court agreed with her that the private judge deciding who gets custody of her children with Brad Pitt should be disqualified.
According to the court ruling, the 2nd District Court of Appeal agreed with Jolie that Judge John Ouderkirk didn’t sufficiently disclose business relationships with Brad Pitt’s attorneys.
