Just in, the Central Bank of Nigeria has directed all banks and other financial institutions to ban all cryptocurrency transactions. This was disclosed in a letter from CBN to all financial institutions today the 5th of February. The circulated letter is currently trending on social media and generating series of reactions from cryptocurrency users in Nigeria.
