Music artist and former YBNL signee, Lil Kesh recently revealed how he battled and conquered depression. The artist took to his social media page to open up and about his struggles with depression and how he got off it, in his statement, he advised anyone going through to talk to someone, eat healthy amongst other things he mentioned.
“If you’re depressed talk to someone, meditate if you can, eat healthy , exercise often, get enough sleep, pray and ignore those negative voices in your head…..that was how I fought for my happiness. Fight!“
The artist recently dropped his second studio album after leaving YBNL, the album is titled, Ecstasy.
