One of President Muhammadu Buhari‘s Media aide, Lauretta Onochie has described popular singer, Wizkid as dumb, after Wizkid referred to the president in a tweet as “Old man.”
Wizkid had reacted to the social media outcry to disband the Special Anti Robbery Squad (SARS) unit over their infamous manner of carrying out their duties.
Responding to President Buhari’s tweet where he wished Donald Trump quick recovery from Covid-19, Wizkid said;
“Donald trump is not your business! Old man! Police/Sarz still killing Nigerian youth on a daily! Do something! Nothing concern u for America! Face your country !!”

However, a media aide in the Buhari’s cabinet, Lauretta Onochie has described Wizkid’s comment as “sour taste” and has described him as a dumb kid.
Onochie, who noted that Wizkid calling Buhari an old man is not the problem, said that the way and manner in which the singer addressed the president was completely disrespectful.
Its not disrespectful to call anyone old. Its the way and manner Ayo Balogun addressed the President that leaves a sour taste in the mouth.

Wizkid who seems to be more on his phone these days and has shown interest in the #EndSARS campaign replied Onochie and called her a shameless woman who’s arm folding and children “are getting killed.”
